Brolly is an aperitif cocktail, wine & shared plates style pop-up in our newly re-designed lower level, overlooking the boardwalk and harbour.
The cuisine is shared, tasting menu style modern NZ with a combination of locally sourced, foraged and classic Kiwiana inspired food that will change regularly with what interesting things we can get our hands on, as will the wines and cocktails. The wine list is organic and natural wines from NZ & Australia, with cocktails made to P&S standard to have in or take away.
